Central Insurance Agency, New Rockford is staffed with local people who know what a difference “home-grown”, dedicated, community-oriented people make.  The entire team has roots that go deep in their communities, and those ties reinforce the devotion they have to keeping the agency dedicated to excellence in customer service.

Agent Morgan Lies is licensed in Property & Casualty and Health & Life insurance. He is a 1987 graduate of New Rockford Central High School, born and raised in New Rockford, and of North Dakota State University, having majored in Business Administration.  Morgan opened his insurance business in 1996 in New Rockford and is pleased to be in his hometown, an active member of the community.  Morgan and his wife Lynnae, also a New Rockford native, have three children.

Agent and Customer Service Representative Tiffany Knatterud, also from New Rockford, is licensed in Property and Casualty and assists Morgan in the New Rockford office.  She has three years experience in the insurance business. Tiffany also graduated from New Rockford Central.  Tiffany and her husband Danny, another New Rockford native, are happy to be raising their son in their home community.

CSR Kaaren Duren, located at the Maddock office, is a native of Maddock.  Kaaren and her husband Mike, another Maddock native, have three daughters and are happy to be raising them in this small but progressive community.  Kaaren is new to the insurance business, but is familiar with everyone in the area and is always available and willing to help with insurance needs and questions of any kind.
